“Client” data processing

1. What type of data do we process?
   • Identification data: name, ID, address, telephone, email address.
   • Financial data: bank account, credit card details.
   • Academic and professional data: profession, position, experience, qualifications.
   • Data on transactions: products and services provided.
2. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the personal data you provide to manage company client data, maintain the commercial relationship, for accounting, administrative and invoicing management, and for tax purposes. We have also included the purpose of advertising and commercial research, for which we request express consent from the data subject. Personal data provided will be stored throughout the commercial relationship. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they may be stored in our databases for the terms established by law to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and they will be deleted at the end of these legal or applicable terms.
3. What is the legitimation for processing your data? The legal basis for processing your data is executing a contract, as well as compliance with the controller’s legal obligations. Communicating offers and promotions that may be interest to you is based on the express consent requested.
4. To which recipients will your data be transferred? Data may be transferred to other Televés Corporación companies when necessary to comply with the contractual relationship. Some of these companies may be based in third countries. An updated list of Televés Corporación companies can be found at the end of this document. Data may also be transferred to public bodies as required by law. There will be no other international data transfers.

“Contacts and potential client” data processing

   • Identification data: name, address, telephone, email address.
2. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the personal data your provide on the contact form for managing commercial contacts and potential clients. We have also included the purpose of advertising and commercial research, for which we request express consent from the data subject. Personal data provided will be stored throughout the commercial relationship. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be deleted from our contacts database.

4. To which recipients will your data be transferred? Your data may be transferred to other Televés Corporación companies, for which we request express consent from the data subject. There will be no international personal data transfers.

“Supplier” data processing

We process the personal data provided to manage company supplier data, maintain the commercial relationship, for accounting, administrative and payment management, and for tax purposes. Personal data provided will be stored throughout the commercial relationship. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they may be stored in our databases for the terms established by law to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and they will be deleted at the end of these legal or applicable terms.

   • Data on personal characteristics: Sex, marital status, nationality, age, date and place of birth.
   • Academic and professional data: profession, position, experience, qualifications.
2. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the personal data your provide to manage company recruitment processes. The personal data provided will be stored while the data subject does not withdraw consent to continue storing their CV for future recruitment processes. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be deleted from our job candidates database.
3. What is the legitimation for processing your data? The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent requested.
4. To which recipients will your data be transferred? Your data may be transferred to other Televés Corporación companies to take part in personnel recruitment processes. Some of these companies may be based in third countries, for which we request the express consent of the data subject to complete this international data transfer if applicable. An updated list of Televés Corporación companies can be found at the end of this document. There will be no other international data transfers.

“Product user” data processing

We process the personal data you provide to manage company product user and owner data in order to provide after sales and technical assistance services. Personal data provided will be stored throughout the commercial relationship. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be deleted from our contacts database.

“Course attendee” data processing

2. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the personal data you provide to sign up to technical courses offered by the company on the products and technologies used. We have also included the purpose of advertising and commercial research, for which we request express consent from the data subject. Personal data provided will be stored until you request their cancellation. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be deleted from our course attendee database.

“Teacher” data processing

1. What type of data do we process?
   • Identification data: name, ID, address, telephone, email address.
   • Financial data: bank account.
   • Academic and professional data: profession, position, qualifications.
2. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the personal data your provide to manage teachers for the courses organised by the company. Personal data provided will be stored until you request their cancellation. Should you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be deleted from our course attendee database.
3. What is the legitimation for processing your data? The legal basis for processing your data is executing a contract, as well as compliance with the controller’s legal obligations.
4. To which recipients will your data be transferred? Data will be transferred to entities such as the Regional Government of Galicia, Fundación Tripartita, Tax Agency or the Social Security as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data will also be transferred for legitimate purposes related to the company’s activity: Bank details (Tax ID, full name and account number) must be transferred to financial entities involved in paying teacher fees. Your data may be transferred to other Televés Corporación companies, for which we request express consent from the data subject. There are no planned international personal data transfers.

What are your rights when you provide your data?

1. Right to information: You are entitled to be informed in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible manner, with clear and simple language, on the use and processing of your personal data.
2. Right to access: You are entitled to request at any time that we confirm whether we are processing your personal data, to have access to them and to information on their processing, and to obtain a copy of the data. We will provide a free copy of your personal data, although additional copies may be subject to a reasonable charge based on administrative costs. We may ask you to accredit your identity or require more information needed to manage your request.
3. Right to rectification: You are entitled to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete data. You may also request that incomplete personal data be completed, even by means of an additional statement.
4. Right to erasure: You are entitled to request the erasure of your personal data when they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons. However, this right is not absolute; our organisation may maintain these data duly blocked in the cases provided for by applicable regulations.
5. Right to restrict processing: You are entitled to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that we may continue to store them, but not process them, under any of the following circumstances:
   • you contest the accuracy of the data, during a period that enables the controller to verify their accuracy;
   • the processing is legal, you oppose their erasure and instead request a restriction of their us;
   • we no longer need the data for the purposes of processing, but you need them to file, follow or defend claims;
   • you have opposed processing, while we verify if the legitimate reasons of our entity take precedence over yours.
6. Right to data portability: You are entitled to have your data transferred to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on consent or executing a contract, and processing is automated.
7. Right to opposition: This right enables you to oppose the processing of your personal data, including profiling. We cannot implement your right only when we process your data in the event that we can accredit legitimate reasons for processing or for filing, following or defending claims.
8. Right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling: This rights means you are not subject to decisions based only on automated processing, including profiling, which have a legal or similarly significant effect. Except if the decision is necessary to formalise or execute a contract, is authorised by law, or is based on consent.
9. Right to withdraw consent: When we have obtained your consent for the processing of your personal data regarding certain activities (e.g., to send you commercial communications), you may withdraw consent at any time. Therefore, we will cease to carry out this specific activity for which consent was previously given, unless there is another reason justifying that we continue processing your data for these purposes, in which case we will notify you
