LDI NuvogoTM 1000 + New cleanroom

GCE takes a giant leap forward and acquires a new direct image transfer machine, LDI Nuvogo TM 1000 from Orbotech, as well as also incorporating a new cleanroom in the production process.
Acquiring this new Orbotech machine, based on direct laser exposure, allows us to take a big step forward to adapt to constant miniaturisation in the electronics sector where electronic devices are increasingly reduced in size, and therefore components and designs too. Its main features include:

- Dual table transport mechanism for optimised production.

- Multiwave Laser Technology TM to ensure small undercut, excellent side walls and uniformity of line-structure quality.
- High power laser enables high throughput with a wide range of materials and applications.

- High depth-of-focus, up to ±300μm for unmatched quality on changing surface topographies.
- Superior registration accuracy down to ±10μm
