Multi-layer printed circuits-HDI
HDI-multilayer circuits are those with a high density interconnect. They are made by sequentially adding pairs of layers to a core of internal layer and they bear holes right though, blind and/or buried holes which are drilled with depth control so they only pass to the layer we need.
At Gallega de Circuitos Electrónicos, S.L., we are currently working to improve this type of circuit and gradually increase our production.
